Team Freedom Masterclass Funnel Build
Done-for-you speaker event setup for a masterclass, speaker series, or summit-style event with up to 7 speakers.
You bring the confirmed or actively interested speakers. I coordinate the next steps, create the event materials, build the funnel, and connect the moving pieces so you have one organized event system instead of separate pages, emails, links, and speaker details to manage yourself.
Your build includes:
- Speaker coordination for up to 7 speakers: creating the speaker agreement, a shared speaker tracker, interview scheduling, and reasonable follow-up with confirmed speakers for their forms, assets, and agreed promotional materials
- Speaker information page: a client-ready page you can share when inviting potential speakers, while speaker outreach remains your responsibility
- Interview scheduling and recordings: I set up your interview-booking calendar, connect it to Zoom, and configure the Zoom recording settings. I also coordinate interview bookings with your confirmed speakers. You conduct and record the interviews, then provide usable video files or working recording links for the event pages.
- Light video editing: If needed, I can trim unwanted time from the beginning and end of each interview. This does not include captions, clips, reels, b-roll, audio repair, animation, or full production editing.
- Event pages: The package includes the pages needed for your approved event flow: a speaker information page you can share when inviting speakers, registration and registration thank-you pages, individual speaker interview pages, replay, waitlist and waitlist thank-you pages, expired pages, and speaker promotional pages.
- First-draft copy: complete drafts of the event pages, attendee emails, and speaker promotional copy, written from the information and assets you provide, then sent to you to adjust into your voice and approve
- Speaker promotional materials: up to 2 graphics per speaker, approved promotional emails and social copy, and speaker tracking links when supported by the selected platform
- Event emails: the welcome, reminder, daily event, and replay emails needed for the approved event schedule
- Platform setup and automation: forms, opt-in settings, tags, email automation, timers, redirects, and tracking configured according to what the selected tools support and what the event requires
- Analytics and tracking: connection to Google Analytics or available platform reporting when appropriate. You may need to create or provide access to an analytics account that you own
- Testing and organization: a shared project tracker plus testing of the forms, links, emails, tags, timers, redirects, videos, desktop layout, and mobile layout before launch
Speaker outreach is not included. You invite the speakers. Once they say yes, I take over the event coordination and setup.
Your masterclass can be built using your existing approved platform, as long as it supports the pages, forms, email automation, and tracking your event needs. Systeme.io is my recommended platform because it keeps these pieces together in one place and is typically more affordable than paying for several separate tools, but it is not required.

Do you write the copy?+
Yes. I write the complete first drafts of the event pages, emails, and speaker promotional copy using proven event frameworks and the information you provide. You review the drafts, adjust them into your voice, and approve them before they are built or sent.
Which platform will my funnel use?+
Your masterclass can be built using your existing approved platform, as long as it supports the pages, forms, email automation, and tracking your event needs. Basic event tracking is configured according to what your selected platform supports. When appropriate, I can connect Google Analytics or available platform reporting. You may need to create or provide access to an analytics account that you own. Advanced analytics implementation is not included.

What is not included?+
Speaker outreach, advertising, software and platform fees, full website work, advanced analytics implementation, full video production, and work outside the approved event flow are not included.
Is payment refundable?+
No. Payments are non-refundable because dedicated project time and build capacity are reserved for your event.
