Terms and Conditions for Purchase

By completing this purchase, I authorize payment to Robyn Bennett for the Team Freedom Standalone Masterclass Build package. I understand that this is a business service for my masterclass, summit, or speaker event.

Investment and payment

Choose either $3,500 USD paid in full or 2 monthly payments of $1,850 USD ($3,700 USD total), plus any applicable tax. For the payment plan, the first payment is due at purchase and the second payment will be automatically charged on the next monthly billing date using the payment method provided at purchase.

I authorize Robyn Bennett and the payment processor to charge the payment option I select. All amounts are in USD. Work may be paused if a payment fails or is not received when due.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable because dedicated project time, planning time, and build capacity are reserved for my event. Refunds are not provided if I delay, postpone, change my event, or choose not to use all included services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

What is included

This package includes masterclass or summit-style funnel support for up to 7 speakers. It includes speaker agreements and coordination, a speaker information page I can share when inviting speakers, registration and registration thank-you pages, individual speaker interview pages, replay, waitlist and waitlist thank-you pages, expired pages, and speaker promotional pages needed for my approved event flow, first-draft event and promotional copy, attendee emails, platform-appropriate automation and tracking, analytics setup where supported, interview-booking calendar setup connected to Zoom, Zoom recording settings, interview booking coordination, light video editing, up to 2 speaker promotional graphics per speaker, testing, and launch setup.

Launch support includes scheduling my approved event emails and page releases, plus reasonable troubleshooting during agreed event dates. All included launch support must be completed within the 120-calendar-day build window from the date of purchase.

Speaker outreach is not included. I am responsible for inviting speakers and getting them interested or confirmed. Once a speaker is confirmed or actively in motion, Robyn Bennett may coordinate the speaker agreement, scheduling, assets, recording setup, and event setup.

Robyn Bennett will set up my interview-booking calendar, connect it to Zoom, and configure the Zoom recording settings. She will also coordinate interview bookings with my confirmed speakers.

I conduct and record the interviews, then provide usable video files or working recording links for the event pages.

If needed, Robyn Bennett can trim unwanted time from the beginning and end of each interview. This does not include captions, clips, reels, b-roll, audio repair, animation, or full production editing.

Copy and revisions

Robyn Bennett will write the complete first drafts of the event pages, attendee emails, and speaker promotional copy using proven event frameworks and the information, branding, links, and assets I provide. I am responsible for reviewing the drafts, adjusting them into my voice, and approving them before they are built, published, or sent.

First-draft copy and pages include up to two rounds of revisions each. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.

Full brand messaging, offer strategy, unrelated website copy, a separate custom campaign written in every speaker's individual brand voice, and work outside the approved event flow are not included unless added separately.

Platform and third-party costs

My masterclass may be built using my existing approved platform if it supports the pages, forms, email automation, and tracking required for the event.

Depending on the platform I choose, additional software, plugins, integrations, analytics accounts, or paid tools may be needed. Robyn Bennett will explain what is required before setup begins. All platform subscriptions, software fees, domain costs, email costs, payment processor fees, Zoom fees, advertising costs, and other third-party expenses are my responsibility and are not included in the package price.

Basic event automation, tagging, opt-in settings, timers, redirects, and tracking are configured according to what the selected tools support and what the approved event requires. Advanced analytics implementation is not included.

My responsibilities

I am responsible for providing accurate event details, speaker names and contact information, branding, links, account access, source materials, feedback, and approvals by the deadlines in the project schedule.

If I do not provide requested feedback or approval within three business days, work that depends on my response may pause and the project schedule may shift. Robyn Bennett may continue work that does not depend on that approval.

My silence does not count as approval. My written approval is required before event pages are published or attendee emails or promotional materials are scheduled, sent, or posted.

I am responsible for reviewing and approving all pages, emails, graphics, links, dates, speaker details, claims, and event information before the event goes live.

Reachability and response times

I agree to stay reachable and responsive for the length of my project.

I will acknowledge project messages and requests within two business days of receiving them. I will provide requested feedback or written approval within three business days of receiving the request.

Both deadlines run from receipt of the original request. Acknowledging the request does not restart or extend the three-business-day deadline.

As my event approaches, or for time-sensitive requests, faster responses may be needed. Any deadline, event date, or launch target depends on my staying reachable and returning what is needed on time, and slow responses can move my event date.

This is a shared timeline. Robyn Bennett can only hit my promotional and event dates if I and my speakers return the required information, assets, promotional materials, and approvals by the dates in the project schedule. Robyn Bennett is not required to absorb rush work or compress her schedule to make up for my late items, and where rush work is done, additional fees may apply.

If I become unreachable or do not return requested information, feedback, or approvals, my working schedule and target deadlines may pause or shift. This does not pause, restart, or extend the 120-calendar-day build window from the date of purchase. Robyn Bennett is not responsible for a missed event date, launch, or deadline caused by my delay or lack of response.

If I do not respond for five business days, Robyn Bennett may place my project on hold. Restoring a paused deadline or reactivating a project placed on hold is subject to Robyn Bennett's availability and may require a new schedule or additional fees.

If I remain unreachable for 15 calendar days, Robyn Bennett may treat the masterclass build as complete to the extent possible with the information I have provided, and no further build work is owed. Robyn Bennett will send me a final written warning before closing my project under this clause. Amounts already paid remain non-refundable, and any amounts owed under these terms remain payable.

Timeline, reschedules, and build window

My package includes a build window of 120 calendar days from the date of purchase. The end date will be recorded in the project schedule. My event may take place later, but all included work must be completed within the build window.

Client delays, missing information or assets, late feedback or approvals, changes of mind, and postponed event dates do not pause, restart, or automatically extend the build window. Work left incomplete because of my delays does not roll over beyond that window.

One event reschedule to a date up to 30 calendar days after the original event date may be accommodated, subject to Robyn Bennett’s availability. This does not extend the 120-calendar-day build window. All included work remains subject to the original cutoff. Any work required after that cutoff requires a separate written agreement.

Any work required after the build window ends requires a separate written agreement covering the scope, timeline, and any applicable fees. This includes later changes, updates, or launch support. Robyn Bennett is not required to accept additional work or remain available beyond the agreed build window.

Delays, changes, and out-of-scope requests

If my delay, missed deadline, missing access, missing asset, late feedback, speaker change, or change in direction causes rush work, repeated rescheduling, rebuilding, added pages, added emails, replacement graphics, or extended support, additional fees may be required.

Requests for more than 7 speakers, more than 2 promotional graphics per speaker, extra pages, extra emails, advanced strategy, full website work, full video production, or other work outside the approved scope require additional approval and may require an additional fee.

Independent contractor

Robyn Bennett provides these services as an independent contractor, not as my employee, partner, or joint venturer. Robyn Bennett may use assistants, contractors, software, or automated tools to complete the work.

Ownership and portfolio

Once I have paid in full for the masterclass build, I own the final custom pages, copy, graphics, and event materials created for my event. Robyn Bennett keeps ownership of her underlying templates, frameworks, systems, and processes, and may reuse them for other clients. Stock assets, fonts, images, and third-party tools remain subject to their own licenses, which are my responsibility to maintain.

Robyn Bennett may reference the completed event, pages, and materials in her portfolio and marketing, without sharing my confidential information, unless I request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality and data

Robyn Bennett and I will each keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to complete this project. I own and am responsible for my registrant, attendee, and speaker data, including any consent, privacy, and legal compliance related to collecting and using it. I am responsible for the security of any account access I share, and Robyn Bennett will stop using that access when the project ends.

No guaranteed results

This package is a service to build and set up my event funnel. Robyn Bennett does not guarantee any specific outcome, including registrations, attendance, sales, revenue, or engagement. Speaker participation, responsiveness, and follow-through are outside Robyn Bennett's control and are not guaranteed. I am responsible for my own event, my offers and pricing, and any claims made in my content.

Late or failed payment

If any payment fails or is not made when due, active work may be paused until my account is current, and my timeline may shift as a result. A failed or late payment does not end the payment plan or reduce the amounts owed under these terms.

Chargebacks

Because payments are non-refundable and project time is reserved in advance, I agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for services provided under these terms. Filing a chargeback instead of following the process in these terms is a breach, and I remain responsible for the amounts owed plus any reasonable costs of recovery.

My indemnification of Robyn Bennett

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Robyn Bennett harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from my event, my offers, my products or services, any claims or statements in my content, my use of the completed materials, or my collection and handling of registrant, attendee, or speaker information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Robyn Bennett's total liability for any claim connected to this package is limited to the amount I paid for the masterclass build. Robyn Bennett is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or the failure of any platform or third-party tool. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination by Robyn Bennett

Robyn Bennett may pause or end the engagement if I fail to make a payment when due, breach these terms, or engage in abusive or unreasonable conduct. If that happens, all amounts owed under these terms remain payable.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled through the courts of the Province of Québec, Canada. Before starting any formal dispute, I agree to first contact Robyn Bennett in good faith to try to resolve the matter.

Entire agreement and severability

These terms, together with the package description shown at checkout and the client-specific project details provided and confirmed during onboarding, are the entire agreement between Robyn Bennett and me, and replace any earlier discussions or promises. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms still applies.
